Archbishop Kaigama says insecurity in the country has placed a huge burden on many communities and many Nigerians no longer sleep with their eyes closed.

He blamed politicians for using religion as a weapon of mass destruction.

Parish Priest of Saint Augustine’s Catholic Church Waru used the opportunity to highlight the fact that there was lack of government presence in the area by way of provision of social amenities.

The event was used to tie the nuptial knot of 18 couples while 144 candidates received the sacrament of confirmation and 104 young Catholics received their first Holy Communion.
