As Election Petition Tribunals begin to give judgments across the nation, Nigerians have been cautioned against taking the laws into their own hands but to explore legal means to get redress.
The Arewa Christian indigenous pastors said this in Jos the Plateau state capital during a press briefing on the state of the nation.
The chairman of the forum Luke Shehu, called on the judiciary to be up and doing and avoid interference from outside in the discharge of its constitutional mandate, and the subversion of the will of the people which it says will have dire consequences.
The group commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on some appointments in some key areas and also warned against unguarded utterances by some clerics against certain ministers.
Wife of the President, Senator Oluremi Tinubu was also commended for her recent donation to victims of crisis in Mangu local government area of Plateau state, the group said such gestures will go a long way in healing the people.
