President Muhammadu buhari has promised to look into the recommendations of the house of representatives Leadership meeting with stakeholders to resolve the lingering Strike by the Academic staff union of universities (ASUU).
Speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila disclosed this to state house correspondents in Abuja on Tuesday after submitting their recommendations to the president from meetings they had with stakeholders on the strike.
Gbajabiamila explained that the president accepted the report and asked for some days to digest it afterwhich he will make a final decision by Thursday.

He however expressed confidence that the ongoing strike by the University lecturer’s will soon be over.
