Authorities rescue 11 Nigerian stowaways in Liberia, three minors from suspected human traffickers

Eleven Nigerian Stowaways from Liberia, have been recieved by the Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lago, South-West Nigeria.

The stowaways who were brought in by some officers of the Liberia Immigration Service were received by the Service Comptroller of the Murtala Mohammed International Airport Command, Adeola Adesokan.

Meanwhile, the Service has intercepted two suspected human traffickers over alleged attempts to traffic three minors from Lagos State.

State Comptroller, Mani Bagiwa at a briefing said the arrests follow ongoing efforts to improve service delivery by the Immigration Service.
