In the early hours of Friday, bandits attacked Warkan village in Gora District of Zango Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State, North-West Nigeria killing 9 people including women and children with 13 houses burnt down.
Public Relations Officer of Southern Kaduna People’s Union, SOKAPU, Luka Biniyat, who spoke to ait. live said the bandits came in large numbers with dangerous weapons shooting sporadically. He added that the injured persons have been taken to the hospital for treatment.

This is coming after different groups of armed men also attacked Kibori village in the same Zango Kataf Local Government Area, popularly known as Asha Awuce in the early hours of Wednesday leaving 4 persons dead.
