Bauchi State Governor and Presidential Aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Bala Mohammed, has described the current educational impasse between the Nigerian Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, as unfortunate and an indication of the failure of the APC led Federal Government to prioritise tertiary education.
The Bauchi Governor made this comment in Benin City when he paid a visit to his Edo State Counterpart, Godwin Obaseki as part of his consultation visit to party delegates.

The PDP Presidential Aspirant who is canvassing for the support for his ambition says he is eminently qualified to tackle the myriad of challenges facing the country.
On his part, Governor Obaseki assured that Edo will throw its weight behind any candidate the party puts forward in the 2023 Presidential election.
Bala Mohammed is the eighth PDP Presidential Aspirant to visit Obaseki.
