Bauchi State Governor and Chairman of the Electoral Committee for Edo State 2020 governorship primary, Bala Mohammed has arrived Benin City to conduct the primary of the Peoples Democratic Party scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2020.
Governor Bala Mohammed was received at the Benin airport by Deputy Governor Philip Shaibu and the State PDP Chairman, Anthony Aziegbemi.

The Bauchi State Governor told journalists that necessary machineries have been put in place to guarantee a credible free primary.
Bala Mohammed urged PDP party members and supporters to shun violent acts and conduct themselves in a way that signifies the party’s penchant for peace and tolerance.
As at the time of filing this report, another member of the committee, Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State had also arrived arrived the State.
