Bayelsa state governor, Douye Diri has told Christian faithful across the county not to shy away from politics, but rather play active roles to help clean up the political system from corrupt practices.
Governor Diri said this in the state capital Yenagoa on the first day of the 17th biannual Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN.
The Bayelsa governor also commended the new naira note policy but called on the federal government and the central bank of Nigeria to urgently find a way to ease the sufferings of the masses, particularly business owners.

Governor Diri said he believes that the gathering of leaders of faith in Bayelsa state at this time in the country’s history, will turn around things for good in the state and the nation at large.
