The Benue state Goverment has begun the construction of a 36 km Mbawar – to – Naa to Adikpo; Mede- to -Mbaakon roads to link 3 local government areas of the State.
Chief press secretary to the Governor, Tersoo Kula who visited the construction site expressed satisfaction with the take off of the smooth project.
As part of his urban and rural development plan state Governor Hyacinth Alia embarked on critical road infrastructure to ease mobility across some communities in the State.
To this effect this 36 km road from Mbawar to Naa to Adikpo,Mede to Mbaakon transverses 3 local government areas.

The contractor who says work has gone past clearing and filling of over 16 out of 36 km promises to deliver on standards and within the stipulated time frame.
It is expected that in less than 24 months which was the original stipulated time these communities will begin to enjoy the well paved access roads.
