Following the election of the State working committee SWC of the People’s Democratic Party PDP in Benue State headed by Ezekiel Adaji, the party has commenced the reconciliation of aggrieved members in the South senatorial district that formed a parallel SWC.
Senate Minority leader Abba Moro who represents the Zone, urged the aggrieved parties to stealth their sword and work with the newly constituted SWC to reposition the party.
A factional list of State Executives of the People’s Democratic Party PDP in Benue State emerged shortly after the State congress which elected Ezekiel Adaji as chairman necessitating the reconciliation meeting at the instance of the Senate Minority leader Abba Moro who represents the Benue South senatorial district which the chairmanship position was zoned to.

Four members of the parallel Exco denounce their involvement with the other faction.
Leaders of the various blocks that constitute the senatorial district declared their loyalty to the party for peace to reign.
The Senate Minority leaders urged all members to give peace to enable the main opposition party in the State reclaim power in the next general election.
