Local government chairmen and royal fathers expressed appreciation for the visit, commending both the Police Command and the Benue State Government for recent gains in restoring relative calm across the state.
However, community leaders also tabled urgent security demands—calling for the establishment of additional Divisional Police Stations and the deployment of specialized police rescue boats to patrol riverine terrain.

As part of the tour, CP Nwadiaogbu inspected divisional police facilities across all three local government areas, reviewing operational readiness and holding direct sessions with frontline officers.
His charge to the rank and file: maintain strict professionalism, uphold civil rights, and remain firm in safeguarding the lives and property of every citizen.
The Benue State Police Command says similar familiarization tours and stakeholder engagements will continue across other local government areas in the coming weeks.
