The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the Benue State Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Titus Uba, challenging the victory of Governor Hyacinth Alia of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The dismissal of the appeal by the five-man panel of the apex court led by Justice Inyang Okoro followed the withdrawal of the appeal by counsel to the PDP candidate.
