The Presidential Election Petition Court has fixed Thursday 18th of May to hear the motion by the PDP and Atiku Abubakar seeking a live broadcast of the proceedings in the election petition case
The motion is among several other motions that will be heard on the adjourned date
Atiku was in court for the first time since the case began last week, and the court noted down his presence after the case was called
His lawyer Chris Uche; counsel for Bola Tinubu, Wole Olanipekun; that of the APC Charles Edosomwan and INEC’s counsel Abubakar Mahmood told the court they have all agreed to meet and review the documents and motions they intend to file and asked for a week’s adjournment

They also confirmed that they have filed the issues for determination in the petition as directed by the court, except for the INEC counsel who said he will file later this Thursday
Presiding Justice Haruna Tsamani urged the parties to sustain the cooperative spirit and adjourned till Thursday May 18th for hearing of the motions
