One of bridges at Kudzum, Dilchim and Wuro Ngayandi, in Madagali Local Government, blown up by the Bokoharam insurgents at the peak of the insurgency, to slow down the advancement of the Nigerian military, towards their hideout in Adamawa State twelve years ago, has been reconstructed.
The bridges were destroyed at the peak of the Boko Haram insurgency in the Northern part of Adamawa State.

Recently the Northeast Development Commission, completed the reconstruction of the Kudzum Bridge, as part of its mandate to restore livelihoods of the victims of insurgency and rebuild the critical infrastructure destroyed during the period.
The residents had lamented how their businesses were affected, as a result of the destruction of the bridge.
Happily today they say their commercial activities around the axis will now greatly improve.
To improve movement of goods and services, two other bridges, Dilchim Bridge and Wuro Ngayandi are now under construction.
