The Presidential Campaign Council of the Labour Party, LP condemns what it describes as the refusal of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to adhere to the ruling of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal granting its candidate, Peter Obi access to electoral materials used for the February 25 polls.
Spokesperson of the Council, Diran Onifade on Saturday expressed the dissatisfaction of the party in Lagos State, South-West Nigeria over the development.

He said that the action of the electoral umpire was unacceptable, noting that the Labour Party might be forced to embark on a peaceful protest to INEC offices nationwide to demand full compliance with the ruling of the Tribunal.
