The Chairman of Enyimba Football Club of Aba Kanu Nwankwo, has commended the Abia State Governor, Alex Otti for his unflinching support to the club since he assumed office.
The FIFA Ambassador made this commendation on Thursday while interfacing with the players after inspecting upgraded facilities at the Enyimba International Stadium, Aba, ahead of the CAF Champions League second leg first-round match coming up on Sunday.
Kanu reminded the players of the need to stay focused ahead of the CAF Champions League tie against Al Ahli Benghazi.
The former CAF Footballer of the Year urged the People’s Elephant Supporters, and Nigerians at large to come out en-masse to cheer the team to victory.

Enyimba need at least a 2-0 win to progress to the next stage of the competition.
Enyimba will on Sunday take on Al Ahli Benghazi by 3 pm at the Enyimba International Stadium, Aba.
