Seventy memoranda were attended to at the end of the two-day constitutional review of the 1999 Constitution that held in Gombe city, covering Northeast states of Gombe, Adamawa, and Taraba States.

Top amongst the entries was a proposal for the creation of states and local governments in the country as well as the call for inclusiveness for societies and groups in the proposed alteration of the 1999 Constitution
The chairman of the committee assures Nigerians in the Northeast of their resolve all entries before the middle of the year
