Former Aviation Minister Hadi Sirika and his brother Ahmad Abubakar have been granted bail to the tune of Hundred million naira each with two surties in like sum as their contact fraud case continues before the Federal Capital Territory High Court.
Justice Suleiman Belgore who granted the order said the sureties must be responsible citizens with verifiable home addresses while one of them must have landed property with a certificate of occupancy signed by the FCT Minister.
The Judge also ordered that the defendants must not travel out of the country without express permission of the court.
The court adopted the same conditions in a similar case against the defendants before Justice Sylvanus Origin of the same court.
