The name of a PDP current senator and former Governor of Enugu state, Chimaroke Nnamani appeared on a long list of names in the APC presidential campaign council released on Friday.
This has caused some ripples as Nnamani, a staunch PDP member is recontesting for his seat under the PDP in the forthcoming 2023 general election.
Senator Nnamani declined comments when contacted by AIT for clarifications.

Another controversy that has trailed the release of the APC campaign council list is the conspicuous absence of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
Osinbajo contested against Ahmed Tinubu during the APC presidential primary.
There have been no love lost between the Vice President and Tinubu, who many see as his political father since then.
Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari was named as the Chairman of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council.
A statement by the Secretary of the Presidential Campaign Council James Faleke also named the Presidential Candidate Bola Tinubu and Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Adamu as Deputy Chairman of the Council.
The APC Vice- Presidential candidate Kashim Shettima emerged as Vice-chairman while Governor of Plateau State, Simon Lalong is the Director – General of the Campaign Council.
Former Governor of Edo State and former Chairman of the party, Adams Oshiomhole has been listed as Deputy-Director General (Operations)
Chairman of Progressive Governors Forum and Governor of Kebbi State Atiku Bagudu is Vice-chairman (North) and former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Godswill Akpabio is Vice Chairman of the Campaign Council in the South-South region.
Uju Ohanenye is Vice-chairman South-East while the All Progressives Congress Governors will coordinate campaigns in their various states.
According to the provisions of the electoral act, campaign is expected to begin this Wednesday.
