Youth corps members deployed to Imo State, South-East Nigeria want the authorities to upgrade facilities at the permanent orientation camp in the State.
The temporary orientation camp at the Girls Model Secondary School, Eziama Obaire Nkwerre was relocated to the permanent site in Umudi in the same Nkwerre Local Government in 2014, but it lacks modern and digital facilities.
Some of the corps members who spoke to AIT.live want the authorities to provide necessary Information Communication Technology, ICT equipment at the orientation camp, in line with global trends.

It is expected that both the Federal and Imo State Governments will intervene and address the challenges of poor infrastructure and facilities at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Umudi.
