The Court of Appeal in Abuja is set to deliver judgment in an appeal filed by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, to quash the 7-count terrorism and treasonable felony charge preferred against him by the Federal Government
The appellate court on September 13 reserved judgment on the appeal by the detained IPOB leader.

The three-man panel, led by Justice Jummai Hanatu, adjourned after listening to the submissions of the lawyers in the suit.
Kanu was re-arraigned before an Abuja Federal High Court on an amended 15-count charge bordering on treasonable felony preferred against him by the Federal Government.
