After several months of restriction, the Federal Government has lifted the ban placed on travellers arriving from South Africa, Turkey, and Brazil.
The Chairman, Presidential Steering Committee On Covid-19, PSC, Boss Mustapha, announced this on Wednesday, at the national briefing of the task force in the nation’s capital Abuja.

Mustapha said the decision was reached by the PSC after a review of the developments in those countries.
It has, therefore, decided to remove South Africa, Turkey, and Brazil from the restricted list.
He said the PSC will continue to review Nigeria’s protocols, based on global developments, science and national experience.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation assured that revised protocols will be issued in the next 24 hours.
