Covid-19: NCDC confirms 241 New Cases in Nigeria

The Nigeria Centre For Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 241 new cases of Covid-19 in the country Taraba State recorded the highest figure, with 98 cases

Rivers State followed with 66 fresh cases Lagos had 35, while FCT had 20 Delta 13, Kwara 3, Abia, Nasarawa and Plateau all recorded 2 cases respectively.

Nigeria has confirmed 252,428 cases so far While 227,004 infected Persons were treated and discharged going by the statistics about 3,126 persons have died of the virus.

Today’s report includes: Zero cases from Cross River, Ekiti, Kano, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Sokoto, 98 cases reported for Taraba state include 74 backlogs from 1st – 23rd January 2022.
