The Cross River State Governor Professor Ben Ayade, has assured the people of the state that the interchange bridge at the Odukpani end of the Calabar-Itu Road under construction by his administration, will be completed and commissioned before handing over to the next administration.
Ayade, who spoke during an inspection of the project, said his government was focused on completing all ongoing projects for the betterment of the state.
The Governor said the daily suffering of Commuters using the Road will be reduced when the bridge is completed, assuring that the interchange will showcase the beauty of Calabar, the State Capital.

He called for the support of his administration to enable him finish strong , noting that with all the industries he has put in place, Cross River will be a better state for all and Sundry.
The interchange bridge known as Spaghetti flyover, when completed, according to Aysde, is expected to ease traffic into Calabar, the Cross River state capital, from both axis of Calabar- Itu Road and Calabar-Ogoja Road.
