Youth in the country have been advised to build capacity and employ every lawful means available to them to engage government in negotiating a better deal concerning their future.
This was the overriding theme at a symposium organised by the Bayelsa Youth Association (BYA) in Yenagoa, where DAAR Communications PLC was honored with an award as Best Media House of the Decade, in recognition for its positive impact in medical philanthropy and youth development.

The symposium organised by the Bayelsa State Youth Association was part of activities arranged by the body to mark it’s 2021 National Convention.
The event featured a panel discussion session where the need for the younger generation to acquire education, entrepreneurial and leadership skills, in a fast-changing world was emphasized.
During the occasion, some selected organization and personalities including Raymond Dokpesi Junior, Roberto Daniella, and former Speaker, Tonye Emmanuel Isenah were honored.
DAAR Communications also received recognition for it’s medical philanthropy and youth development.
The theme of the one-day symposium is build the youth, build the nation.
