Deputy Inspector General in charge of Force Intelligence, DIG Habu Sani has warned Individuals, groups with criminal intent of disrupting the Saturday’s governorship poll in Kogi state to retrace their steps or be ready to face the law.
DIG Habu Sani deployed to oversee the governorship election in the state, gave the warning while briefing newsmen in Lokoja with heads of other security Agencies saddled with the responsibility of providing security during the election.
Sani warned individuals, groups, criminally minded people and politicians who are desperate to win the election at all cost to play the game by the rules or face the full wrath of the law

He explained that forty thousand security personnel across the board have been deployed to provide adequate security for the election from wards to local government levels.
