The Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) has threatened to sanction any political party, engaging in the open campaign, before stipulated time by the commission.
The National Commissioner, Information and Voter Education, Festus Okoye, disclosed this at a capacity building workshop for Heads of Voter Education, Publicity and Public Affairs Officers of the Commission.
