As Nigeria grapples with challenges of insecurity and the agitations for self determinations by some sections of the country, the Governor of Ebonyi State, Dave Umahi, has reaffirmed his belief in one United Nigeria.
Umahi shared his views at the opening of the State’s Elders and Stakeholders council meeting held in Abakaliki, this Wednesday.

Umahi noted that the continued existence of Nigeria as a single and sovereign nation, is more beneficial and sustainable, than the concept of disintegration being advocated in some quarters.
The Governor however admits that there is an urgent need for the country to be repositioned, towards addressing those issues threatening its national unity.
