Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo

Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has commended labour leaders across the state for their unwavering support and constructive engagement with his administration.

He described the relationship between organised labour and the Edo State Government as a model of productive partnership, anchored on mutual respect and shared commitment to progress.

The Governor made this known during the 2026 International Workers’ Day celebration held at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City. Represented by his deputy, Dennis Idahosa, he reassured workers that their welfare remains a top priority of the administration.
