As the All Progressives Congress, APC, await the official release of candidates who emerged from its recently concluded nationwide primaries, Chairman of the party in Edo State, Jarrett Tenebe, has reassured members that the process remains transparent and on track.
His remarks in Benin City come amid competing claims by some aspirants, with the party leadership expressing confidence that members remain united as preparations for the general elections continue.
Speaking on the outcome of the recently conducted primaries across the country, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Jarrett Tenebe insists that the process remains on course, noting that the primaries were conducted directly by the National Working Committee and that only formal ratification remains.

Although some aspirants had laid claim to victory, with supporters advancing differing interpretations of the outcome, the Edo APC Chairman dismisses suggestions of division within the party, describing the development as a reflection of the APC’s popularity and appeal across the state.
Tenebe maintains that the focus of the party remains on unity and preparations for the general elections.
