Governor Godwin Obaseki says projects signed under the different memorandums of understanding by his administration have materialised, and are greatly enhancing Edo State’s manufacturing and industrial sectors.
The governor made this known while taking residents and visitors on an assessment tour of completed projects at Ologbo of Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area, attracted to the state to create jobs, promote economic growth and engender development as part of activities to mark the 2023 Alaghodaro Economic Summit.
The tour began with a commissioning of the three point six kilometres Greenhills Ethanol Facility Acess Road in Ologbo facilitated through the State Infrastructure Development and Social Investment Tax Credit Scheme.
They proceed on the Access Road to see the Ethanol Plant which is an investment backed by the State Government and deals with the end to end production of ethanol from cassava.
