The Edo State Government has confirmed the rescue of two more persons from the hands of armed men who abducted travellers at a train substation in Igueben Local Government Area of the State.
This announcement was made by the State Commissioner for Communication and Orientation, Chris Nehikhare at a media briefing in Benin City.

Chris Nehikhare assured that the State Government is not relenting in get all abductees alive and get rid of criminal elements in the state.
This latest report brings to nine the number of persons rescued so far.
