The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, says it will no longer carry out sting operations at night.
The Executive Chairman of the Commission, Ola Olukoyede in a a statement released on Wednesday gave the directive in reaction to the arrest of 69 suspected internet fraudsters by Operatives of the Ibadan Zonal Command of the Commission in Ile-Ife, Osun State.

The suspects, students of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State were arrested in a midnight raid on hostels outside the campus.
58 of them were released after they were duly profiled.
The EFCC says the profiling of the remaining detained persons will be completed and if nothing incriminating emerges, they will be released without delay.
