Acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu says the anti-graft agency is ready to repatriate more high profile looters hiding in different parts of the world.
Magu stated this while speaking with newsmen in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, shortly after his visit to the Ilorin zonal office of the commission. He noted that the commission will continue to wage war against corruption in the country.
He assures Nigerians that more extradition would be made to bring back all the looters who are hiding outside the country adding that the fight against corruption has just started, as the fight against corruption this year will be bigger.
He noted that the fight against corruption ought to be a collective effort by all and solicited the cooperation of Nigerians in the ongoing crusade calling on the media practitioners to help carry on the activities on sensitisation and mobilization against corruption
He, however, debunked the insinuation that the EFCC zonal office was established in Ilorin in order to witch-hunt the former senate president, Bukola Saraki
