The Kano State Police Command has taken swift action against criminals disguised among patriotic citizens to cause harm to the people before, during, and after the Sallah Festival in Kano.
Kano State Commissioner of Police, CP Hussaini Gumel, said this during a meeting with stakeholders and the five Emirate Council representatives.
He says, “Kano remains the most peaceful State in the entire country.”

The CP also noted that the command already has 22 thugs who were arrested for deadly attacks on innocent Kano residents.
He said they have already been arraigned in court to face the full wrath of the law
