The Executive Secretary of Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission, Bishop Stephen Adegbite has congratulated the Muslim faithful in Nigeria and around the world on the occasion of Eid-ul-Mawlid.

Bishop Adegbite noted that Eid-ul-Mawlid offers Muslims a unique opportunity to celebrate the birth of the Holy Prophet and reflect on his teachings.

He urged the Muslim Ummah and all Nigerians to embrace the values of patience, sacrifice, and resilience during this celebration.

The NCPC boss also encouraged Muslims and Nigerians to use this occasion to pray for victims of recent flood disasters and offer support to those affected.

Additionally , he urged them to pray for President Bola Tinubu and his administration, seeking divine guidance for the successful implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

Bishop Adegbite expressed optimism that the current challenges facing the country are temporal and encouraged Nigerians to have faith in the present administration.

He concluded by imploring the Muslim Ummah to pray for lasting peace, prosperity, and a more egalitarian society in Nigeria.
