The Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El Rufai has asked the National Assembly to ensure that legislation relating to community policing, value-added tax and local government autonomy is prioritized before their exit in a few months.

El Rufai who was speaking during the 2nd edition of the distinguished Parliamentarians lecture said the first 12 years of Education should be made compulsory and free.
