The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, office in Osogbo, the Osun state capital, has commenced a two-day training workshop on election security for security personnel in the state.
The training which was held at the INEC headquarters in the state capital, afforded the commission the opportunity to interact with security stakeholders, to enable all key actors in the security architecture to build a formidable structure ahead of the general elections.

The INEC boss in Osun state noted that similar training Will be replicated in the 36 States of the country, including the federal capital territory.
