Some Commercial banks in Nigeria are shutting down branch operations across the country.

One of the major commercial banks in the country, Ecobank Plc, on Friday announced indefinite closure of its branches spread across the country.

“Due to recent developments, all our branches nationwide will be closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.”
