The Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom has vowed to resist any form of malpractice or manipulation in Saturday’s Abuja Municipal Area Council elections.
Ortom who is also the chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, campaign council for the said election made this known at the Benue Governor’s lodge in Abuja when he played host to critical stakeholders to finalize preparation.

According to him, the ruling All Progressives Congress has made their job simple by its abysmal performance.
Also present at the meeting are Governors of Oyo, Bauchi and Rivers State as well as serving and former Senators, former Governors and other party leaders.
