Nigerians living In Ukraine have been told to take advantage of borders crossing to leave crisis hit Ukraine to neigbouring Poland.
Chairman of the Nigerians in Diapora Commission, NiDCOM, Abike Dabiri-Erewa said there are eight border crossings between Ukraine and Poland that stranded Nigerians can take advantage of to move to safety.
Dabiri added that Nigerian volunteer groups and staff of the Embassy in Poland will be on ground to receive them appropriately.

She however noted that if those affected find themselves in locations far from the Poland borders they should stay where they are for now.
Earlier, the Polish Ambassador to Nigeria, Joanna Tarnawska had in Abuja said Poland is ready to offer Nigerians seeking to flee Ukraine an entry into the country.
