The Federal Government has directed a stop to the allege sale of the official quarters of the Kaduna Polytechnic under the 2005 Monetization Policy of the Federal Government.
Chairman of the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic, ASUP, Kaduna Polytechnic chapter Abubakar Abdullahi disclosed this at a news conference in Kaduna.
Abdullahi who is demanding an immediate audit on the institution landed property said, the order to stop sale of the polytechnic quarters is contained in a letter from the Ministry of Education dated 20th January, 2023.

The ASUP chairman further advised those who have bought the institution’s property to demand a refund.
Meanwhile, the school management has also issued a circular to that effect drawing attention of all polytechnic staff that the Polytechnic quarters is not be available for sale.
