Israel says it is ready to support Nigeria in the areas of Intelligence sharing, modern combat equipment, and extraction of relevant information about the enemy to enable the West African country to effectively win the ongoing war against terrorism.
A retired lieutenant Colonel in the Israeli Army, Jonathan Conricus said this on Tuesday in Jerusalem while answering questions from some Nigerian journalists who are in Israel on a media tour.
Retired Lieutenant Colonel Conricus explained that Israel spends about a quarter of its defence budget on generating intelligence, which is why the country has the upper hand against its enemies.

He also said that Israel will continue to collaborate with Nigeria to win the war against terrorism which has become a global challenge.
Lieutenant colonel, Jonathan Conricus recently Retired from the Israeli Army after 24 years’ service, had served in various capacities including being the IDF’s international spokesman, a military diplomat, foreign relations expert as well as a combat commander in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.
