Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, has called for increased collaboration among stakeholders to advance women’s empowerment and gender equality across the country.

She made the call at a National Women Mega Rally in Abuja, where she emphasised the need to engage, recognise, and integrate women into a broader national framework.

The First Lady noted that empowering women to actively participate in leadership will drive far-reaching impact across communities and the country at large.

The convener of the rally, the Minister of Women Affairs, Imaan Sulaiman and other participants called for greater political inclusion of women, urging stronger participation in governance and decision-making.

The rally brought together women from across the country, united in their demand for greater representation and a stronger voice in shaping Nigeria’s future.
