The convoy of former President Goodluck Jonathan was involved in an accident in Abuja on Wednesday.
A reliable source has however confirmed to AIT that the former President came out unhurt as only the pilot car was affected, with yet to be ascertained level of injuries to the occupants
The accident occurred along Airport Road as the former President was heading to his residence after an official trip
Jonathan is the ECOWAS special envoy to Mali and has been engaged in series of diplomatic assignments for the entrenchment of peace and stability in the region.
