Yahaya Bello is to be remanded in Kuje Correctional facility in the Nigerian Federal Capital Territory (FCT) till the next adjourned date, 29 January and 25, 27 February 2025.
The trial Judge also granted bail to the third defendant, Abdulsalami Hudu, in the sum of N300 million, with 2 sureties in like sum.
The sureties must be owners of properties in the highbrow Maitama District of Abuja, whose value must be not less than the bail bond sum.
Sureties must deposit the original title document in court and must depose to affidavit of means to that effect, and they must deposit copies of international passports.

The Court also ordered the third defendant to deposit his travel documents to the Registrar of the Court and be remanded in the custody of the Nigerian Correctional Services pending fulfillment of the bail conditions.
