Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has urged Swedish investors to take advantage of the state’s peaceful environment, strategic location and it’s abundant natural resources for high investment returns.
Governor Oborevwori who made this call when he received the Swedish Ambassador to Nigeria, Annika Hann-Englund, and her delegation at Government House Asaba said Delta State was filled with investment opportunities especially its abundant crude oil and gas deposits that will be beneficial to investors.
The visiting Swedish Ambassador who congratulated Governor Oborevwori on his award of Governor of the year by ThisDay Newspaper said her visit was to promote trade and investment to deepen the diplomatic relations that had existed between Sweden and Nigeria as far back as 1961.
