Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda has suspended payments from Government’s accounts in commercial banks in the state.
This is contained in a statement signed by the Deputy Governor, Faruk Jobe. The order takes effect from the 29th of May 2023.

The statement made it clear that the suspension of the payments affected the accounts of Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
It said the suspension will remain in force until otherwise directed by the Government and advised Bank Managers to be guided accordingly.
