With about six months left to the next transition date, the Nyesom Wike administration in Rivers State says it is determined to wind down on a very high note.
The Government says there will be a properly planned and executed handover process to the next administration.
Briefing newsmen on Monday, the Rivers State Commissioner for Information and Communication Chris Finebone says, the Wike administration will not repeat the same situation witnessed in 2015 when the immediate past administration deliberately refused to hand over its records.
