Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno has warned that he will not tolerate excuses from members of his new cabinet.

The governor stated this at the swearing in of new commissioners and special advisers in Uyo, the state capital.

Governor Eno told them that all he needs are results not efforts.

The governor also charged them to work hard to maintain peace in the state.

The commissioners who see their appointment as a call to service, assured that they would run with the governor’s ARISE agenda effectively.

Of the 27 new cabinet members, including four women, nine were in the previous cabinet.
